B2B travel technology marketplace HBX Group recently attained ISO 27001:2022 certification from trust-building institution AENOR.
The certification acknowledges HBX Group’s capability in safeguarding sensitive information and effectively managing its information systems. AENOR is recognized as the leading certifier in Spain for the new ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards.
HBX Group’s Head of Information Security, Andres Llamas, stated: “The ISO 27001 certification is the result of our continuous efforts to create a secure environment for our information systems. This validation boosts the confidence of our partners and clients, ensuring their data is protected under a well-regarded international standard.”
Additionally, Salvador Ibáñez, AENOR’s Director for the Balearic Islands, remarked that the ISO 27001 standard confirms the entities’ skills in managing and securing the information and systems they handle, conveying trust to their stakeholders.
