Hainan Airlines has initiated a Summer Children's Care Class aimed at supporting its employees by engaging their children during the summer vacation.

Hainan Airlines has formally launched its Summer Employees’ Children Care Class for 2025, providing a valuable service for employees’ children during the summer months.

This initiative, led by the Hainan Airlines Labour Union in collaboration with the Beijing Base Branch Labour Union and the Capital Airlines Labour Union, brings together human resource officials and local education professionals to craft an engaging activity schedule for the summer.

The program addresses concerns of employees needing childcare, allowing their children to remain active and engaged while also exemplifying the airline’s commitment to employee support.

Summer Play-School Begins

The inaugural phase of this year’s summer classes commenced on July 7, 2025, catering specifically to the children of Hainan Airlines employees based in Beijing. Classes will be conducted until July 25, running from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays, situated on the fourth floor of Hainan Airlines’ offices in Beijing.

The program will feature special classes in English language taught by foreign teachers, aimed at fostering an interactive learning environment. Additionally, the curriculum will include subjects like logic training, physical activities, traditional poetry, calligraphy, and art.

Through this initiative, Hainan Airlines aspires to provide its employees’ children with a fun and stimulating way to spend their summer vacation.
