Xuzhou Joins Greater Bay Airlines' Mainland China Destinations

Greater Bay Airlines announces Xuzhou as its newest destination in Mainland China, with flights starting on August 1st.

Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) has announced that Xuzhou, located in Jiangsu Province, will become its seventh destination within Mainland China, effective from August 1st. According to a statement released on July 7th, this new route will offer two flights a week, specifically every Monday and Friday, departing from Hong Kong to Xuzhou Guanyin International Airport.

Flight Details

While awaiting regulatory approval, the preliminary flight schedule is:

  • HB848: Departing Hong Kong at 07:45 on Mondays and Fridays.
  • HB849: Leaving Xuzhou at 11:20 on the same days.

Reservations can be made through the GBA official website or via authorized travel agents.

A culturally rich destination

Xuzhou, recognized as a significant national historical and cultural city by the State Council, is well-preserved with heritage from the Han Dynasty. The city is also a National Garden City, adorned with green spaces that enhance its historic landmarks. Notable attractions include Yunlong Lake Scenic Area, Binhu Park, King of Chu Tomb, Baolian Temple, and the Museum of Underwater Terracotta Warriors and Horses.
