ANA and Trip.com Broaden Air Ticket Sales via NDC Integration
All Nippon Airways (ANA) expands its ticket distribution partnership with Trip.com to enhance accessibility in multiple markets.
Starting June 24th, All Nippon Airways (ANA) announced the expansion of its New Distribution Capability (NDC) ticket sales partnership with Trip.com, broadening its reach from Japan to 12 major international markets. This addition encompasses: Australia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
The enhanced service enables customers booking ANA flights through Trip.com to access the same competitive fares and reservation services normally available on ANA’s official website. Key post-booking functionalities such as itinerary changes and refunds will also be included. This partnership aims to create greater convenience for travelers purchasing ANA tickets online.
“With access to new markets, ANA is delighted that we can now offer enhanced services and fares for our customers through NDC connectivity,” said Hironobu Kondo, Vice President of ANA Global Sales and Distribution. “We will continue to expand our sales network via NDC to ensure our offerings are accessible to both domestic and international customers.”
“We are thrilled to elevate our NDC collaboration with ANA to the next level,” noted PJ Zhou, Regional Airline Director - North Asia at Trip.com. “Leveraging our extensive experience in supporting global airlines through NDC technology, we’re committed to partnering closely with ANA to provide enhanced end-to-end experiences—from seamless bookings to comprehensive post-booking and ancillary services—for our mutual customers.”
