
André Devillers Takes Charge as General Manager of Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London
Jumeirah has named André Devillers as the new General Manager of its flagship hotel, positioned in London's Knightsbridge.
Jumeirah, a prominent name in global hospitality and part of Dubai Holding, recently announced the appointment of André Devillers as the General Manager of Jumeirah Carlton Tower, its iconic hotel located in the prestigious Knightsbridge district of London.
André brings over 25 years of extensive experience in luxury hospitality and retail, having gained significant operational and strategic leadership expertise. Before joining Jumeirah, he worked with IHG Hotels & Resorts, where he held the position of Director of Operations for Luxury Hotels in Southern Europe and CIS, managing a portfolio of 40 luxury properties under well-known brands including Regent, InterContinental, Kimpton, and Vignette.
Throughout his illustrious career, he has held senior positions at The Bicester Collection and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, demonstrating a strong track record in hotel operations, commercial performance, brand management, and guest satisfaction across various major cities in Europe, such as London, Paris, Barcelona, and Prague.
Devillers holds a diploma from the Financial Times in Non-Executive Directorship and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. He is well-known for his dedication to excellence, sustainability, and innovation within the luxury sector.
