IndiGo has announced the launch of direct flights from Hindon, Uttar Pradesh, underscoring its commitment to making air travel more accessible for customers. Effective July 20, 2025, the airline will start direct operations from Hindon to eight cities: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Indore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, and Varanasi.

Hindon will be IndiGo’s 93rd domestic and 136th overall station and is the airline’s second airport in the National Capital Region (NCR). Currently, IndiGo operates over 1,500 weekly departures from Delhi, connecting over 85 destinations on its network.

For residents of Ghaziabad, East Delhi, and surrounding areas in Western Uttar Pradesh, this service will enhance travel options and strengthen regional connectivity. The new links will facilitate easy access to major commercial and cultural centers across the country, fostering trade and tourism.

Located in the Ghaziabad district, Hindon is a rapidly developing hub within NCR. Its strategic positioning near significant economic zones—which include Noida and East Delhi—contributes to commerce and connectivity. This new air service will further boost growth in the region, giving residents and businesses improved access to India’s diverse cultural and economic landscape.
