Boho Club and Cervezas Victoria Unveil a New Culinary Menu Inspired by Malaga's Essence

In an effort to highlight Andalusia's culinary richness, Boho Club collaborates with Cervezas Victoria to offer a unique dining experience for June.

In a bid to showcase the culinary wealth of Andalusia, Boho Club has partnered with Cervezas Victoria to deliver a dining experience that promises to delight both the palate and honor local traditions. Throughout June, Chef Diego del Río will present a tasting menu that aims to celebrate Malaga’s flavors.

This unique menu, offered from Monday to Friday during lunch hours, features seven dishes that blend contemporary techniques with carefully selected local ingredients. Each dish is crafted to pair with one of Cervezas Victoria’s new craft beers, enhancing the nuances of each bite.

Menu Highlights

  1. Roast Beef Toast paired with Victoria Clásica: Combining tender meat with a tuna emulsion and crunchy capers.
  2. Carabinero Fritter served with its coral coloide and paired with Victoria Clásica, emphasizing the nuances of the seafood.
  3. Grilled Red Prawn with yellow chili, roasted chiles, and pickled green mango, complemented by Victoria Pasos Largos for an extended marine character.
  4. Grilled Sea Bass alongside Andalusian gazpachuelo and roasted pak choi, best accompanied by Victoria Malacatí.
  5. Maltese Kid cooked at low temperature with its own juices and payoyo cheese, paired with Victoria Vendeja.
  6. Textured Lemon Tart with fresh lime and toasted peanuts paired with Victoria Marengo.
  7. Chocolate Cream with banana ice cream and toasted bread paired with Victoria Diez, completing the menu with an intense harmony.
