Oceania Cruises is set to introduce its renowned French restaurant Jacques aboard the Allura starting this July, named after the celebrated chef Jacques Pépin.

Oceania Cruises is slated to bring its signature French restaurant Jacques aboard its newest ship Allura when it sets sail in July 2025.
Jacques is named after renowned chef Jacques Pépin, who has been a pivotal figure in shaping the cruise line’s culinary vision. He was the original executive culinary director and has significantly influenced the restaurant’s design and menu.
This popular dining venue will be available to guests on Allura, joining other renowned culinary experiences such as the Polo Grill and Toscana. The restaurant previously debuted on sister ship Marina and has been well-received by guests.

Chef Jacques Pépin expressed his excitement about collaborating with Alexis Quaretti and Eric Barale, Oceania’s executive culinary directors, to develop new dishes while refining beloved favorites offered since Jacques’ inception.
Pépin noted: “I am thrilled about this opportunity to create exciting new dishes and explore unique methods to present classic recipes that our guests cherish. We have exciting plans for the next iteration of Jacques that I can’t wait to share.”
This version of Jacques will introduce tableside service for select new dishes, enhancing the dining experience to reflect the authentic Parisian bistro ambiance.
