Air India's new campaign showcases the vibrant essence of modern India through a captivating digital film and various print initiatives.

Air India has launched its latest campaign, ‘There is an Air About India’, celebrating a new India that’s bold, joyful, and vibrant. The initiative includes an out-of-home segment, print advertisements, and an impressive digital film. This campaign encapsulates the spirit of a rising nation, a narrative proudly carried by Air India across the globe.

Conceptualized in collaboration with creative agency McCann, the heart of the digital film features a rap-style soundtrack crafted by renowned composer Sneha Khanwalkar, featuring vocals from upcoming artist Aarya Jadhao. The film employs rhythmic storytelling, dynamic transitions, and stunning visuals to capture the essence of India, from bustling urban centers to its tranquil rural areas.

Every beat and lyric intertwines India’s diverse culture—its colors, flavors, communities, and aspirations. With scenes reflecting both traditional art forms and modern aspirations, the narrative crescendos in the powerful refrain, “There is an Air about India,” showcasing Air India’s pride in presenting this image worldwide.

Since returning to the Tata group in 2022, Air India is undergoing a transformative five-year journey named Vihaan.AI, aimed at evolving into a world-class global airline that aligns with India’s aspirations. India stands as one of the fastest-growing aviation markets globally, with an impressive doubling of airports in the last decade and over 350 million passengers taking flight last year. To realize its vision, Air India has ordered 570 new aircraft and initiated a $400 million modernization program for its legacy fleet. Additionally, it is establishing South Asia’s largest aviation training academy and a cutting-edge Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility alongside a flying school. Air India is committed to leading this transformation in the Indian aviation sector.
