Minor Hotels has recently entered a strategic hotel management agreement for a prominent beachfront property located on Dubai’s iconic Palm West Beach in partnership with Seven Tides. The agreement will come into effect on August 1, 2025, and includes the management of a new resort and serviced residences currently known as Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel.
This move will elevate Minor Hotels’ presence in the UAE to a total of 1,524 keys across three properties on Palm Jumeirah, which includes the Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and NH Collection Dubai The Palm.
The property is strategically placed on Palm West Beach, offering direct access to a vibrant beachfront promenade that features upscale dining, beach clubs, and entertainment options. This prime location is also conveniently located just a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, making it highly accessible for both leisure and business travelers.
Accommodations will consist of a variety of room types, including 287 serviced apartments available in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations. Guests can look forward to diverse dining options, a private beach, an infinity pool, a lazy river, and a broad selection of wellness and family-oriented facilities.
Moreover, Minor Hotels plans to initiate a soft refurbishment of the guest rooms and public spaces before a rebranding that will be announced in 2025.
Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotels, noted, “This collaboration with Seven Tides is an important alignment of values and vision. Palm Jumeirah is a dynamic hospitality market, and our presence on West Beach will enhance our guest experiences in this vibrant location.”
Amir Golbarg emphasized, “This is a pivotal moment for Minor Hotels as we expand into one of the most competitive hospitality environments globally, enhancing our relationship with Seven Tides and ensuring long-term success on Palm Jumeirah.”
Abdulla bin Sulayem commented on the partnership: “Minor Hotels has a proven record in managing our adjacent asset and this new agreement will create synergies between the hotels, enhancing the appeal of Palm West Beach during its transformation into a leading destination.”
