Customer Guidelines
Despite the heavy traffic, BHX advises customers to follow specific guidelines to ensure a smooth experience:
- Only containers up to 100ml for liquids should be in hand luggage.
- All electronic devices should be kept in hand luggage during security checks.
- Personal belongings should be secured at all times.
- Check-in zones are designated for different airlines as follows:
- Zone A for Jet2
- Zone D for Emirates
- Zones B & C for all other airlines.
- Vapes and e-cigarettes are allowed in hand luggage but not in checked baggage.
