This year’s guide represents a substantial increase in prominence, featuring 119 restaurants, compared to 69 in 2022. Notably, the selection reflects Dubai’s rapidly expanding culinary landscape.
Additionally, Trèsind Studio, led by Chef Himanshu Saini, has become the world’s first Indian restaurant to achieve three MICHELIN Stars, while FZN by Björn Frantzén adds to Chef Björn Frantzén’s illustrious collection, cementing his status as the only chef globally to hold three MICHELIN Stars across three distinct restaurants.
