Luxury hospitality firm Jumeirah has announced plans to develop three new properties in Dubai as a part of its growth strategy leading into 2030.
These upcoming developments are designed to expand Jumeirah’s footprint in the region and cater to the luxury market’s demands. The properties will include:

Jumeirah Asora Bay:
- A hotel with 103 rooms and 20 villas, offering innovative design and limited offers aimed at upscale clientele. It is scheduled to open in 2029.

Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay:
- Featuring 29 luxury residences, this enclave includes multiple apartments and ocean villas, designed to provide breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf.

Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers:
- This new tower offers a range of apartments, with a focus on luxurious living accompanied by numerous facilities for residents.
According to Thomas B Meier, CEO of Jumeirah, these developments will not only enhance their existing portfolio but will also elevate the hospitality landscape in Dubai. Meraas’ partnership with Jumeirah aims to create luxurious living spaces, setting benchmarks in design and hospitality.
