Property management software Hospitable announces the launch of its proprietary dynamic pricing tool to help hosts and property managers increase revenue, automate rate-setting, and respond to real-time market trends.

With this launch, Hospitable becomes the first PMS in the industry to include dynamic pricing without additional fees — no third-party tools or integrations required.

New data from Hospitable’s upcoming industry report reveals that 57.2% of hosts struggle to meet occupancy goals, while 28.9% face challenges managing pricing.

Hospitable’s new tool automates smart pricing, offering real-time, hyperlocal pricing recommendations. The system relies on trusted market data sources to adjust pricing according to market conditions, host preferences, and booking patterns. Hosts can modify their pricing strategies with flexible settings, view market demand through an integrated heatmap, and set custom pricing rules.

Initially, Hospitable’s dynamic pricing will provide a 30-day preview of pricing trends before activation, but for the first month post-launch, all customers can access the full 24-month preview without needing to activate it.

This pricing tool is part of Hospitable’s evolution into a short-term rental super app, providing tailored solutions for self-managers, co-hosts, and property managers.
