The Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) has launched the “Discover Mauritius: Destination Specialist E-Learning Program,” aimed specifically at Indian travel agents and tour operators. This program is designed to enhance the travel experts’ knowledge of Mauritius, one of the world’s top island destinations.
The E-Learning Program consists of four interactive modules:
- A Holistic Introduction to the Island: An overview of Mauritius, covering its history, culture, and attractions.
- Regional Wonders: Exploration of Mauritius’ diverse regions, featuring natural beauty and unique experiences.
- Thrilling Adventures and Hidden Gems: Insight into adventure tourism in Mauritius, including water sports and hiking.
- Diverse Tourism Offerings: Understanding how Mauritius serves various tourist demographics, including families and wellness seekers.
Participants completing the program will earn certification and gain priority access to exclusive promotions and networking opportunities with MTPA partners.
