Amex GBT and Delta Air Lines Strengthen Long-Term Collaboration

American Express Global Business Travel partners with Delta Air Lines to enhance corporate travel experiences with new solutions.

American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) and Delta Air Lines have announced an extension of their long-term strategic partnership. This multi-year collaboration strengthens the bond between the two organizations to enhance value and provide seamless travel solutions, boosting their offerings with cutting-edge NDC technologies for corporate customers and travelers. The agreement includes access to Delta Air Lines’ content and the offerings of their joint venture partners: Aeromexico, LATAM Airlines, Korean Air, Virgin Atlantic, Air France, and KLM.

Rajiv Ahluwalia, the Chief Revenue Officer at Amex GBT, expressed: “This partnership allows us to reimagine the corporate travel experience, reinforcing our mission to deliver maximum choice, value, and experiences for corporate customers and travelers through our marketplace.”

Bob Somers, the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Delta, emphasized: “Delta’s long-standing alliance with Amex GBT showcases our commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions catered to our corporate clients.”

This partnership enhances the alignment between the companies, focusing on transforming customer service. Travelers will gain access to Delta’s range of branded fares through Amex GBT’s booking channels, with new shopping and servicing standards set to be introduced via the rollout of NDC solutions.
