Brazilian aviation manufacturer Embraer recently held its annual awards ceremony for its best suppliers of the year.
The event took place during the Embraer Suppliers Conference (ESC), which focuses on strategic alignment with the supply chain, recognizing notable firms across ten categories.
The awards aimed to highlight the collaboration, resilience, and commitment of the partners who contributed significantly to Embraer’s success.
Roberto Chaves remarked:
“With a strong and aligned Supply Chain, last year proved our ability to deliver ambitious goals and set new records. However, shaping the future requires us to stay ahead by embracing challenges and driving efficiency across our businesses.”
This year’s theme was “Together we shape the future”, emphasizing suppliers’ vital role as strategic partners amidst significant challenges.
Chaves noted:
“2024 challenged us, but it also incentivized us to achieve more than ever. The future holds even greater potential, and with our remarkable team, we are poised to unlock it.”
Award recipients also joined the Suppliers Advisory Council (ESAC), a strategic platform where suppliers and Embraer senior leadership collaboratively assess market trends and business opportunities to enhance partnerships and stimulate mutual growth.
