Nobu Hospitality Reveals Plans for New Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences in Oman

The new Nobu property in Muscat aims to redefine luxury hospitality in the region with a vast array of amenities.

Nobu Hospitality has officially announced the upcoming launch of the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences in Muscat, enhancing its portfolio in the Middle East. This new establishment will cover over 60,000 square meters, featuring an 80-room Nobu Hotel, a signature Nobu Restaurant, and a variety of fitness amenities, including a full-service spa, swimming pools, and a Nobu-style beach club.

CEO of Enevoria Development, Evgeniy Yakubovskii, expressed enthusiasm for this partnership with Nobu, aiming to establish a landmark project in Oman. He conveyed, “We are absolutely delighted to continue our partnership with Nobu, resulting in a new landmark and visionary project in Muscat, Oman.”

Furthermore, Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality, highlighted the unique natural beauty and cultural richness of Oman, saying, “We are incredibly proud to continue our partnership with Enevoria Development, alongside OMRAN Group, on this second landmark mixed-use project.”

Set near the stunning shores of Yiti Beach, merely 28 km from Muscat, the resort promises a luxurious living experience, combining residential and lifestyle aspects. Oman, renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and coastline, presents the perfect backdrop for Nobu’s vision of luxury hospitality in the region. Moreover, Nobu continues to expand with similar projects in the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, demonstrating its commitment to growth in the Middle Eastern market.
