Vikramotsav 2025 Kicks Off at the Historic Red Fort

The Red Fort hosts the vibrant Vikramotsav 2025, celebrating Madhya Pradesh's rich heritage.

The spectacular Vikramotsav 2025 commenced at the iconic Red Fort in New Delhi, showcasing the cultural richness and heritage of Madhya Pradesh. This three-day festival pays homage to Emperor Vikramaditya and promotes Madhya Pradesh’s arts, crafts, and tourism potential nationally and internationally.

  • Mangubhai Patel, Union Minister for Tourism and Culture
  • Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh

  • Rekha Gupta, Chief Minister of Delhi
  • Sudesh Dhankhar, wife of the Vice President

The event, organized by the Madhya Pradesh Tourism and Culture Department, will run until April 14, 2025. Visitors can enjoy traditional arts and crafts, food stalls, and a grand theatrical production centred around Emperor Vikramaditya’s life, featuring over 125 performers. The festival also integrates modern technology, enhancing the experience with immersive displays.
