Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road Welcomes Nicolas Raynal as Executive Chef

Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road has announced the appointment of Nicolas Raynal as its new executive chef.

In this role, Raynal will oversee all culinary operations at the property, leading a complete refresh of the food and beverage offerings as the hotel celebrates its ten-year anniversary.

General manager Nicolas Mercier expressed excitement about Raynal’s arrival:

“We’re thrilled to have Nicolas Raynal on board with his brilliant expertise as we prepare for our ten-year anniversary, featuring exceptional culinary events in our venues.”

Raynal’s culinary mission aims to reflect the luxury lifestyle promise of the hotel through a new diverse menu, encouraging return visits to their beloved spots like the CHAR Rooftop Bar.

A French national with extensive experience, Raynal has worked in Michelin-starred establishments across France, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and Thailand, where he served as Head Chef at Brasserie Palmier in the Four Seasons Bangkok.

Among his first tasks, Raynal will introduce a new menu at CHAR Restaurant, scheduled for launch on February 5. The menu emphasizes modern brasserie concepts with dishes that include:

• Scallop Tiradito
• Chicken Cordon Bleu
• Steak Frites with Café de Paris Butter using Australian Wagyu
• Freshly-made Profiteroles

Additionally, other initiatives include themed Valentine’s dinners, business lunch set menus, and seasonal offerings featuring quality produce.
