Hotel101 Celebrates Milestone in Madrid with New Project

The construction of Hotel101's new 680-room hotel in Madrid is on track to finish by the end of the year.

Hotel101 Global conducted a topping-off ceremony for its 680-room Hotel101-Madrid in Spain on Friday, 11th April. This milestone was celebrated with the presence of Injap Sia, chair and CEO of DoubleDragon Corporation, alongside Tony Tan Caktiong, founder of Jollibee Foods. The project commenced construction 11 months ago and is scheduled for completion by December of this year, perfectly timed for the Madrid F1 Grand Prix.

The 680-room Hotel101-Madrid is positioned to be one of the five largest hotels in Madrid, located on a 6,593 square-meter commercial site along Avenida Fuerzas Armadas. This strategic location puts the hotel within a three-minute proximity to Valdebebas Train Station, a four-minute walk from the IFEMA convention complex, five minutes from the Real Madrid Sports Complex, and a quick seven-minute drive to Madrid Barajas International Airport.

As part of its broader strategy, Hotel101 aims to operate one million rooms across more than 100 countries, with 25 priority countries for expansion, including the Philippines, Japan, and Spain.
