The initiative, which started locally in 2022, evolved into a significant regional effort, actively aiding communities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar. This year, the meals were distributed to numerous underserved communities, including laborers, families facing economic difficulties, local charity organizations, and orphanages for differently-abled children.
Aisha Al-Hajri from Emirates Red Crescent remarked:
“We thank Radisson Hotels for supporting us during the Holy month of Ramadan by providing meals to the most in-need communities in the country. We hope to continue this valuable support in the coming years.”
Jan Hanak of Radisson reiterated their commitment:
“At Radisson Hotel Group, we are deeply committed to supporting the communities in which we operate. The success of the Iftar for All campaign this year is a testament to the generosity and compassion of our hotel teams across the region.”
The success of the campaign has been overwhelming, with plans underway for even more participation and meal distribution in the next Ramadan.
