RoomPriceGenie RMS Enhances Revenue for Hotels

RoomPriceGenie showcases significant ROI results from a comprehensive study on 567 hotels, demonstrating the benefits of their revenue management system.

RoomPriceGenie Revolutionizes Hotel Revenue Management

RoomPriceGenie, a company providing revenue management systems (RMS) for independent hotels, has released impressive findings from an extensive 700-day study involving 567 hotels worldwide. The data reveals significant returns on investment (ROI) from their RMS implementation.

During the study, participants reported:

  • An average revenue increase of 19% across multiple markets.
  • Both ADR (Average Daily Rate) and occupancy levels improved, with a 4% rise in ADR and 14% more bookings.
  • Importantly, room count had no significant impact on revenue or occupancy improvements.

This study strongly indicates that RoomPriceGenie’s RMS not only boosts bookings and revenue but also enables hoteliers to devise and execute revenue strategies rapidly. Lucas Roth, Owner at Raincity Property Group, remarked, “Instead of spending 10 hours each month on pricing, we now complete it in about 15 minutes.”
Kiki Shahabi, Manager at Steiner Residences, shared, “What used to take days is now feasible in just one day.”
Chas Scarantino, CEO of RoomPriceGenie, added, “Dynamic pricing isn’t merely about raising prices; it’s about identifying the balance between occupancy, rates, and guest satisfaction.”

Methodology

The study evaluated data from 567 properties across nine countries, including Australia, the Czech Republic, Germany, and the USA, examining crucial revenue metrics such as total revenue and occupancy rates.

The consistent gains experienced by each property illustrate that the investment costs for implementing RoomPriceGenie’s RMS are quickly recouped and typically yield increasing financial returns over time.
