The De-Suung Skilling Programme (DSP) aims to enhance the skills of young Bhutanese across 157 disciplines, with a primary focus on tourism and hospitality.
The initiative invites international trainers and experts to assist in developing capabilities and economic opportunities for youth, introducing innovative practices to bridge the gap between talent and opportunities.
Training Areas
The program covers a wide array of sectors:
- Construction: Plumbing, carpentry, masonry, mechanical fitting.
- Culinary Arts: International cuisine, food processing, and restaurant management.
- Tourism and Hospitality: Skills including foreign languages, concierge services, bartending.
- Beauty and Wellness: Spa therapy, advanced beauty treatments, nail art.
