
Saudia Begins Seasonal Flights from Jeddah to Vienna
Saudia, the national airline of Saudi Arabia, has launched a new seasonal flight route connecting Jeddah with Vienna.
Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has inaugurated its seasonal flight to Vienna, the capital of Austria, departing from Jeddah.
This newly introduced route reflects Saudia’s commitment to enhance its connectivity in Europe and provide more travel options for its guests, effectively bridging the world to the Kingdom.
The inaugural flight SV151 took off from King Abdulaziz International Airport at 10:00 AM, reaching Vienna International Airport by 2:25 PM local time. The airline aims to deliver exceptional travel experiences, streamline processes, and ensure visitors enjoy every aspect of their journey.
The Jeddah-Vienna route will operate three times a week using Airbus A320 aircraft. This new addition brings Saudia’s network to over 100 destinations across four continents, contributing to national efforts in promoting tourism, entertainment, sports, and religious travels, including Hajj and Umrah.
Moreover, Saudia plans to initiate flights from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh to Vienna starting June 2025.
