The report, 2025 State of AI in Corporate Travel: Unlocking Opportunities, Overcoming Challenges, released by Serko and Sabre, surveyed over 300 U.S.-based travel managers from companies generating over $50 million in revenue.

  • AI Adoption: Over 90% of travel managers reported using AI, focusing mainly on cost savings (71% of respondents), enhancing traveler experience (68%), and improving data analytics (63%).
  • Positive Returns: Fifty-two percent saw AI exceed business expectations.
  • Challenges: Many face implementation hurdles (46%) and lack sufficient internal skills or budget (19% and 14% respectively).
