Cebu Pacific Shifts Domestic Flights from Manila to Clark for Better Service

The airline aims to enhance passenger experience by moving operations to Clark International Airport.

Cebu Pacific, a low-cost airline in the Philippines, has announced a transition of its domestic turboprop operations from Terminal 2 at Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Clark International Airport beginning March 30, 2025. The route changes for Cebgo flights to Masbate and Siargao are intended to enhance passenger satisfaction.

This decision follows a resolution issued by the Manila Slot Coordination Committee on December 3, 2024, driving improved operational efficiency. Passengers will be informed of the updates and provided with multiple options including:

  • Free Rebooking: Change your flight without additional costs for travel up to 30 days from the original date.
  • Travel Fund: Keep the ticket value in a virtual wallet for future bookings or add-ons.
  • Outright Refund: Full reimbursement for tickets.

The aim is to manage airport capacity effectively during this transition, ensuring a smooth travel experience for all affected passengers.
