Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts to Launch in Texas with New Development

The upcoming Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country will redefine luxury lodging in Fredericksburg, Texas, offering unique experiences and accommodations.

Hilton has finalized a management agreement with Wine Country Hospitality Partners LLC—a collaboration involving Mark Harmon, Robert Radovan, and Tim Sparapani—to build the Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country. This luxury resort, anticipated to open in 2027, will feature 60 hotel rooms and 87 Waldorf Astoria Residences in Fredericksburg, just under two hours from Austin and San Antonio.

The signing of Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country represents a pivotal milestone for Hilton, instrumental in our growth within the state, the largest hotel portfolio for Hilton in the U.S., and our luxury brands expansion throughout the Americas,” stated Amy King, Vice President of Luxury & Mixed-Use Development at Hilton.

Focusing on local influences and providing a setting near over 100 wineries, the resort will combine luxurious amenities with authentic Texan designs, offering a distinctive experience for guests and residents.
