New Business Class Lounge

On March 21, TAP Air Portugal and Avianca celebrated the grand opening of their shared Business Class lounge at Miami International Airport. This lounge stretches 6,559 square feet and is located in the South Terminal near gate J4. The lounge operates 24/7 and offers enhanced comfort and privacy for up to 337 passengers traveling from Miami.

Lounge Features

• A diverse selection of food and snacks, premium beverages, and both hot and cold refreshments.
• Modern restrooms equipped with showers.
• High-speed Wi-Fi and designated areas for relaxation and work.
• A special play area designed for children.

“Our first-ever lounge to open outside of Portugal brings a little bit of Portugal to life in Miami,” said Sofia Lufinha, TAP’s Chief Customer Officer. “Here, with all the comforts of a new Business Class lounge, our guests may also enjoy favorite foods and refreshments, including traditional Portuguese cheeses and pastries like pastéis de nata, along with our selection of Portuguese wines.”

This lounge is accessible for:

• TAP and Avianca First and Business Class passengers.
• TAP Miles&Go Navigator and Gold members.
• Eligible Star Alliance Gold members and LifeMiles Gold and Diamond members.

Additionally, access is available via Priority Pass, and one-day passes can be purchased based on availability.
