Following the record-breaking success of the 2025 Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME), independent research indicates $400 million AUD in business transactions between exhibitors and buyers, representing a significant 21% increase from AIME 2024.
AIME 2025 set new benchmarks in size, hosting over 675 exhibitors, 640 hosted buyers, and more than 4,500 global attendees at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from February 10-12.
As the largest event ever organized by Talk2 Media & Events, which has managed AIME since 2019, this achievement has secured their continued partnership with the Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB) through AIME 2028.
Matt Pearce, CEO of Talk2 Media & Events, expressed that “AIME 2025 surpassed all expectations.”
Julia Swanson, CEO of MCB, remarked, “We are thrilled to see the event continue to grow and thrive.”
Event Director Silke Calder mentioned that the success solidifies AIME’s status as the premier event for the business events community in Asia Pacific, further emphasizing that demand for AIME 2026 is already strong.
AIME 2026 is scheduled for February 9-11, 2026, at the same venue.
