Indian Hotels Company Announces New Gateway Resort in Pench

IHCL has signed a new resort project in Pench, Madhya Pradesh, highlighting its commitment to enhancing hospitality in high-demand tourist areas.

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced a new resort in Pench, Madhya Pradesh, branded as a Gateway resort. This greenfield project aims to meet the rising demand for quality hospitality services in one of India’s notable national parks.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Development at IHCL, stated, “As one of the country’s key national parks, Pench is seeing increasing demand for quality hospitality services. This signing is in line with our strategy of expanding in high-potential tourism corridors. We are delighted to partner with Abhijit Mujumdar for this project.”

Nestled near the Maharashtra border on over 10 acres, the 105-key Gateway Pench resort promises an immersive experience reflective of its locality. It includes diverse culinary options, wellness facilities such as a spa, fitness center, and meeting venues,

Abhijit Mujumdar shared his excitement: “We are thrilled to join forces with IHCL for this venture in Pench and aim to create an enriching hospitality experience in the area.”

“This collaboration marks an important milestone for us. The hotel will add to the region’s offerings,” added Sanket Bawankule.

The new addition will be IHCL’s 15th hotel in Madhya Pradesh, further solidifying its presence in the region.
