The Riu Plaza Guadalajara recently celebrated the grand opening of its new 360° Rooftop Bar, situated on the hotel’s 41st floor.

This remarkable venue offers sweeping panoramic views of Guadalajara and is a perfect blend of elegance and top-quality service. With a capacity for 370 guests, the bar aims to establish itself as a premier social spot in the city. It features a daring glass balcony perched 215 meters above ground.

Guests can indulge in a rich culinary selection, featuring Mexican and Spanish dishes, complemented by a diverse range of cocktails and fine wines. The bar’s calendar is filled with vibrant events including live music from renowned DJs and the enchanting sounds of a female mariachi band every Friday.

Notable figures at the opening included Daniele Camponovo, who cut the ceremonial ribbon alongside Guadalajara’s Economic Development Coordinator, David Mendoza Martínez, representing Mayoress Verónica Delgadillo García. Plans for further enhancements to parts of the hotel were also announced for 2026.

This addition reinforces the hotel’s status as a landmark in Guadalajara’s hospitality scene.
