Accenture Collaborates with Air France-KLM for Digital Transformation

Accenture is joining forces with Air France-KLM to upgrade the airline group’s digital operations. This initiative will see the migration of their current digital applications to the cloud, moving from three proprietary data centers. This ambitious multi-year strategy aims to improve the airline’s operational efficiency across areas such as passenger transport, cargo management, and aircraft maintenance.

The collaboration is modeled to boost flexibility and responsiveness. Accenture has co-developed a migration framework designed to facilitate simultaneous upgrading and migration of the airline’s applications using reusable methodologies. The approach is expected to enhance both operational quality and delivery timelines.
