Sabre Hospitality, a travel technology firm, has signed a new partnership with Loco Partners in Japan. This strategic alliance is designed to bolster Sabre’s existing presence in the Japanese hospitality market, while also enhancing the visibility of Japanese hotels on the global stage.

Through this collaboration, Loco Partners will help connect Japanese hotels to the international travel marketplace via Sabre Hospitality’s Global Distribution System (GDS Distribution). GDS Distribution offers various solutions for hotel distribution management to help hotel owners maximize their revenue and efficiency.

Additionally, this partnership will provide travel agents worldwide with better access to premium hotels and traditional ryokan (Japanese inns) in Japan.

The alliance marks a necessary development as many hotels in Japan have previously not been registered on GDSs, posing challenges for global travel agencies aiming to market these unique properties.
