Flyadeal Expands Travel Coverage
Flyadeal has diversified its product offerings by introducing travel insurance packages in collaboration with Tawuniya, a prominent insurance provider in Saudi Arabia. Packages are available for as low as SAR12 for single journeys or SAR19 for round trips, ensuring travelers are protected against unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, missed flights, baggage loss, and personal accidents.
In recent weeks, Flyadeal has also implemented several enhancements to improve customer experience, including the Hold Fare feature, which allows customers to lock in ticket prices for 24 hours, and the launch of the Adeal Membership program, offering fixed monthly ticket prices for an annual fee.
Abdullah Adel Alahmadi, Flyadeal’s Ancillary Product Manager, stated:
“Travel insurance is always a safety net in times of need, providing peace of mind, and both financial and emotional relief in the event travelers face issues which require immediate assistance.”
Translation: Traveling insurance serves as a crucial support system in times of emergency, offering both assurance and necessary help during critical situations.
He continued,
“There is the assumption that travel insurance is cost prohibitive. This is not the case. In partnering with leading insurance provider Tawuniya, we are able to provide value added cover to suit individual needs from as little as SAR12 for a single journey.”
Translation: The belief that travel insurance is expensive is a misconception; through our collaboration with Tawuniya, we can offer tailored coverage starting at SAR12 for individual trips.
As one of the fastest-growing airlines in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, Flyadeal is expanding aggressively this year, with new routes being introduced to cities including Tabuk, Najran, Yanbu, Amman, and Karachi. Starting June 19, 2025, Flyadeal will also refresh its summer schedule, adding five seasonal destinations including Salalah in Oman for the first time and bringing back routes to Trabzon, Baku, Tbilisi, and Sharm El Sheikh.
In just seven years, Flyadeal has grown to operate over 30 domestic and international routes and currently has a fleet of 37 Airbus A320 aircraft.
