Avantio, a property management software company, has unveiled its native dynamic pricing tool designed to help property managers boost revenues and optimize occupancy.

Avantio’s new pricing tool integrates with over 90 partners, including established revenue management software providers. However, about half of its customers currently do not utilize any dynamic pricing tool. Without sound revenue management strategies, property managers risk mispricing by undervaluing their listings during peak periods or overpricing during low seasons, leading to lost revenue and bookings.
The dynamic pricing tool utilizes historical trends, real-time market data, and competitive insights from platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo to recommend optimal rates. Moreover, it takes into account factors such as seasonality, demand patterns, and guest booking behavior, while also allowing property managers to set customized discounts and supplements.
This tool ensures flexibility and full control while minimizing the need for labor-intensive manual updates. Furthermore, it automatically updates rates daily across all connected booking channels, maintaining competitive pricing without constant manual adjustments.
The new revenue management tool was introduced at The Avantio Partnership (TAP), Avantio’s flagship event in Valencia, which gathered hundreds of property managers and industry experts for collaboration and knowledge sharing. Through various in-person events, online resources, and exceptional customer support, Avantio aims to empower its customers to professionalize their businesses and stay competitive in the short-term rental market.
