Collinson International Collaborates with China Ping An Insurance for SmartDelay Service
The partnership enables customers to access over 1,600 lounges during flight delays.

Airport experience provider Collinson International has announced a partnership with China Ping An Insurance (Hong Kong) to introduce SmartDelay as a complimentary service for eligible customers.
Benefits of the Service
Eligible online travel insurance customers in Hong Kong who register their flights will have access to over 1,600 airport lounges or alternative benefits in the event of flight delays or cancellations.

How It Works
SmartDelay is available across all three tiers of China Ping An Insurance (Hong Kong)’s online travel insurance policies, allowing travellers to visit an airport lounge or choose alternative benefits such as spa treatments, sleep pods, or restaurant discounts, without needing to file a claim. Customers will receive a QR code if notified of a flight delay of over one hour or if the flight is cancelled, enabling immediate access to the facilities.
In addition, registered policyholders can also bring along one additional person to enjoy the benefits of SmartDelay.
