Mercure’s New Arrival in East Java

The Mercure Madiun has officially opened its doors in East Java, marking a significant milestone for the Mercure brand. This new establishment merges the contemporary comforts of modern hospitality with the rich cultural heritage of Java.

Inspired by the city’s railway legacy, the design echoes Madiun’s history while providing guests with a warm, immersive experience. Garth Simmons, Chief Operating Officer at Accor, expressed, “The opening of Mercure Madiun marks an exciting milestone for Accor as we continue to expand our footprint in Indonesia. This new property not only enhances our growing presence in East Java but also reinforces our commitment to offering memorable hospitality experiences rooted in local culture.”

Strategically situated near the INKA Railway Museum and local markets, the hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers, featuring 153 modern guest rooms. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, and a dedicated Kids Club, ensuring a comprehensive hospitality experience.

The Djawara Resto & Bar at Mercure Madiun serves a variety of local and international dishes, perfect for corporate events and social gatherings. With a special introductory rate of IDR 988,000 net per night, guests can enjoy additional perks like dining vouchers and flexible check-in options during the launch period.
