Emirates and Costa Cruises Renew Strategic Partnership Until 2027
The renewed collaboration between Emirates and Costa Cruises aims to coordinate flight and cruise schedules to enhance passenger travel experiences in and through Dubai. This partnership has been announced at ITB Berlin and builds on over 20 years of mutual success.
This new agreement will see both companies marshalling their resources to deliver an improved customer journey, emphasizing joint marketing, synchronized flight scheduling, and the establishment of ‘cruise blocks.’ This ensures seamless connectivity for cruise passengers traveling to key markets worldwide.
Among the innovations of this partnership is the shared data capabilities aimed at enhancing service delivery at the Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. This development will also involve dedicated support teams tailored specifically for cruise passengers to facilitate easy check-in.
Future opportunities are also being explored to facilitate the partnership’s extension beyond Dubai into other routes served by Costa, including Central and South America and parts of Southeast Asia.
Cruise Partnership
“Costa Cruises’ commitment to Dubai stands as a testament to our shared vision of strengthening its position as the preeminent gateway for winter cruising.”
“For Emirates, the cruise traveler segment offers immense growth potential, contributing significantly to Dubai’s economy.”
The partnership underscores a continuous commitment towards improving customer experiences and expanding travel opportunities from the heart of Dubai.
