Emirates is celebrating the opening of its new lounge at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, Satellite 1 Terminal (SAT-1).
The newly relocated and refurbished lounge in the airport’s latest terminal sets a new standard for premium travel, offering Emirates customers an enhanced ground experience that matches the sophistication of their journey.
With the $5 million refurbishment, the lounge now spans 1,454 square meters, comfortably seating 250 guests. It can accommodate all premium passengers traveling on two simultaneous A380 departures. The expanded Bangkok lounge is now the largest international lounge facility outside the airline’s home market.
First and Business Class passengers, along with Skywards members*, can enjoy luxurious furnishing, fine dining options, and a serene ambiance. The lounge features various amenities, including shower spas, free Wi-Fi, and a comprehensive menu featuring local and international cuisines as well as classic Thai desserts.
Located conveniently on the fourth floor of SAT-1, the Emirates lounge is just a five-minute walk from the boarding gates. This year marks Emirates’ 35th anniversary of serving Thailand, and the airline robustly commits to enhancing tourism and business in this crucial Southeast Asian travel hub.
Emirates operates a significant number of premium seats to and from Bangkok, reaffirming its leading position in luxury travel to the region.
