Arabian Travel Market (ATM) has announced an uptick in participation, particularly from Asia, which shows a 27% increase in exhibitors. The event will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from April 28 to May 1.

This year, notable growth is expected from regions such as Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, reflecting a robust recovery in global tourism. According to the World Tourism Barometer by UN Tourism, around 1.4 billion international tourists were recorded in 2024, marking an 11% increase.

Asia is the fastest-growing region at ATM 2025, projected to grow by 27% year-on-year, thanks to improved regional connectivity and greater international collaboration,” said Danielle Curtis. Countries like Japan, the Maldives, Thailand, and India will notably enhance their presence, with India expecting a 41% rise in participation this year.

With over 47,000 attendees and more than 2,600 exhibitors, the event’s theme will be “Global Travel: Developing Tomorrow’s Tourism Through Enhanced Connectivity”, emphasizing the importance of connectivity in shaping the industry.

The ATM conference program will include insights from over 200 high-profile speakers, focusing on key international markets such as Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and India, exploring trends and strategies for growth in the tourism sector.
