Turkish Airlines Achieves $2.4 Billion Profit in 2024

Turkish Airlines celebrates a remarkable $2.4 billion profit, progressing effectively in a challenging aviation landscape.

Turkish Airlines has announced a profit of $2.4 billion for the year 2024 despite facing significant challenges in the aviation sector, including geopolitical tensions and production delays.

The airline also disclosed a $260 million cash dividend for the same period, bolstered by a successful share buyback strategy.

Net debt has decreased by $8.3 billion over the past three years, showcasing the airline’s robust performance with total revenues rising by 8.2% to $22.7 billion year-on-year. Passenger revenues grew by 4%, and cargo revenues surged by approximately 35% compared to 2023.
