Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, enriches in-flight experiences with unique cultural traditions this Ramadan. From March 1, guests will be treated to authentic Emirati flavors designed to reflect the warmth of Emirati hospitality.
Turky Al Hammadi, Director of Product and Hospitality at Etihad Airways, stated: “Each year, Ramadan offers an opportunity to share cherished traditions and flavors inspired by our Emirati hospitality, fostering a sense of community among our global guests.”
The Ramadan menus include special dishes like traditional Lentil Soup and Rice-stuffed Lamb Shank, available in various classes on the airline. For guests observing fasting, take-away bags will be provided.
Moreover, the airline will offer curated Ramadan programs and content via the in-flight entertainment system, encouraging exploration of diverse global Ramadan traditions.
In line with their community initiatives, Etihad is promoting charitable donations of Guest Miles to support communities in need during this blessed month.
