New Leadership Appointments at Oceania and Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCL) chief luxury officer Jason Montague announced a number of leadership changes within Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises on Monday, March 3rd.

The new appointments follow Montague’s own transition into a new role at NCL, where he oversees both Oceania and Regent.

Key Appointments

  • Nathan Hickman: Promoted from Senior Vice-President of Marketing at Oceania Cruises to Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Wes D’Silva: Previously Senior Vice-President for Revenue Management at Regent, he will now serve as Chief Commercial Officer.

Both will report directly to Montague, managing their respective cruise line’s marketing and revenue strategies.

Additional Appointments

  • Steve Odell becomes Senior Vice-President for International and Consumer Sales for both brands.
  • Patricia Scheer steps in as Global Guest Services Manager overseeing guest relations operations.
  • Jason Worth takes on dual responsibilities combining brand finance and strategy for both lines.
  • Brennan Quesnele is now Senior Vice-President for Sales and Trade Marketing at Oceania, making his move from Norwegian Cruise Line.
  • Shawn Tubman will continue focusing on North America as Senior Vice-President for Sales and Trade Marketing at Regent.
