Located in the Piedmont region on the Italian-French border, Vialattea consists of eight interconnected ski resorts: Sestriere, Sauze d’Oulx, Sansicario, Cesana, Claviere, Oulx, Pragelato, and Montgenèvre. Offering 400km of skiable area spread across 250 slopes and connected by 70 lifts, Vialattea’s slopes are accessible with a single ski pass. Visitors can enjoy great weather, good snow, and less crowded slopes, making it ideal for both beginners and advanced skiers.
For those looking to add excitement to their spring ski trip, the 42nd edition of the iconic ‘Uovo d’Oro’ (Golden Egg) event will be taking place on March 29-30, featuring competitions and festivities with participation from numerous ski clubs, drawing nearly 5,500 attendees to Sestriere.
