dnata Travel Group UK's B2B Brands Launch New FAM Trip Hub

The dnata Travel Group UK introduces an online hub aimed at enhancing travel agents' knowledge through educational blogs.

dnata Travel Group UK’s B2B specialist brands Pure Luxury, Cruise Plus, and Incredible Journeys have unveiled their new online hub for FAM trips. This platform hosts educational blogs based on firsthand experiences from various trips led by their experts. The initiative aims to enrich travel agents’ knowledge base with detailed reviews and useful insights.

The focus is on providing travel agents with the necessary tools and expertise to confidently sell holidays to specific destinations, while also ensuring a broad reach for educational content. In 2024, over 35 FAM trips were organized, giving more than 200 agents an opportunity to immerse themselves in diverse experiences.

With excitement about the launch, Marketing Director Sarah Lancashire stated:

“While we would love to take all our agents on our FAM trips, this unfortunately isn’t possible. We want to ensure that the incredible insights gained by our teams reach a wider audience.”

She added, “Our strong partnerships have enabled us to maintain a rigorous FAM trip program, allowing all agents a virtual avenue to explore amazing destinations and learn from firsthand knowledge.”
