Minor Hotels is set to introduce its NH Collection brand to Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with a grand opening planned for early 2028. The 156-key NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel & Apartments was announced during a ceremony at THINC Middle East.

The hotel will sit on Al Marjan Island, a rapidly growing travel destination in the UAE, just one hour from Dubai International Airport. It will feature 120 beach-facing rooms and suites, as well as 36 serviced apartments. Planned amenities include four restaurants and bars, a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, a kids club, and a co-working space.

The property will be operated by RRS International Development FZ-LLC, known for its expertise in the UAE’s high-end real estate market. With this development, Minor Hotels aims to enhance the hospitality offerings in Ras Al Khaimah, complementing its existing Anantara property in the region.
