Cross Hotels & Resorts Partners with Geonet for New Bali Resort

Cross Hotels & Resorts has teamed up with Geonet Property & Finance Group to develop a new resort in Bali, slated to welcome guests in 2028.

Cross Hotels & Resorts continues to expand its influence in Indonesia with a new partnership to manage a 120-suite resort in Berawa, Bali, set to open in 2028.

Strategically placed in one of Bali’s lively areas, this upcoming property aims to cater to families, emphasizing immersive hospitality experiences. Guests can expect a rooftop restaurant, a speakeasy lounge, various dining outlets, a lagoon-style saltwater pool, and a wellness center that harmonizes comfort with a lifestyle focus.

Harry Thaliwal, CEO of Cross Hotels & Resorts, highlighted:

“This partnership marks another milestone in our mission to be APAC’s leading alternative to global hotel operators. With Geonet’s strong investment expertise and our proven track record in delivering high-performing hotels, this collaboration ensures sustainable long-term value for investors while setting new benchmarks in guest experiences.”

The property’s prime location near notable attractions ensures it will thrive in the competitive Bali market.

Chad Egan, CEO of Geonet, added:

“As Bali’s tourism market grows, we see a clear demand for high-quality, well-managed accommodations that cater to modern travelers. Partnering with Cross Hotels & Resorts guarantees that this development will not only offer an exceptional guest experience but will also provide investors with a solid, well-executed hospitality asset in one of Bali’s most sought-after locations.”

Evan Burns, Country Manager for Cross Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia, stated:

“Bali’s tourism landscape continues to evolve, and this partnership will bring a next-generation hospitality experience to Berawa. We’re excited to bring this vision to life.”
