Revamped Adina Town Hall Hotels Unveiled in Sydney
TFE Hotels has reintroduced Adina Town Hall with a fresh design aimed at enhancing guest experience in Sydney's bustling CBD.
TFE Hotels has officially reopened the Adina Town Hall, offering a redesigned, apartment-style lodging experience in Sydney’s CBD. The renovation is part of TFE Hotels’ continuous improvement of initial-generation properties under the Adina brand.
Designed by Bates Smart, the revamped 144-room hotel merges classic charm with modern comfort, providing a stylish and spacious respite for both business and leisure guests, situated near Sydney’s top attractions.
Brenton Smith, Interior Design Director for Bates Smart, stated: “We aimed for each room at Adina Town Hall to evoke a home-like feel. Solutions such as removing walls and adding portals help create height and visual interest.”

The lobby also reflects this ethos, boasting a welcoming ambiance with lounge-style furnishings and thoughtful designs. Smith highlights the usage of soft, premium materials, attributing to the hotel’s inviting, upscale atmosphere.
Smith mentioned: “Less is definitely more with these designs, creating a space that radiates elegance while ensuring guests feel at home.”

Guests have provided overwhelmingly positive feedback about the redesign, as noted by Soutter, who added that the communal kitchen fosters an environment for entertaining and relaxation, promising a compelling experience for all visitors. More refurbishments of other first-generation Adina hotels are planned soon.
