Etihad Airways Delivers Strong Results in January 2025
Etihad Airways sees a significant increase in passenger traffic and customer satisfaction this January.
Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, has announced its traffic statistics for January 2025, showcasing a robust performance at the start of the year.
The airline witnessed 1.7 million guests in January, marking an 18% increase compared to the previous year, along with a passenger load factor of 89% against 86% from January 2024.

Antonoaldo Neves, CEO of Etihad Airways, stated: “We saw a strong traffic result for January, signifying continued upward momentum, with a particularly robust passenger load factor as guests continue to choose to fly with Etihad. Alongside these strong figures, I am pleased to report a record level of customer satisfaction in January.”
He further mentioned, “We also announced an increase in frequencies to our network, including plans for triple-daily flights to Milan starting November 2025 and four daily to Bangkok from February 2026.”
